JOHN KOUKIOS - CEO

John Koukios - Owner of Pacific Coast EntertainmentJohn Koukios is the CEO of Pacific Coast Entertainment. This industry has been his passion since high school, but now over a decade later he is blessed to have grown PCE from a small home-based business into the industry leader it is today. He credits the success of PCE to the whole team saying, "It’s not just about what I bring to the table, but what our whole organization can do for our customers." He continues with, "We are focused on the success of our customers and that is always our number one concern." Koukios may be all business at work, but at home he is all play. He enjoys living in Huntington Beach and being close to the ocean. He has many hobbies including target practice, scuba diving, boating, and traveling. He is also a very talented auto mechanic and has used those skills to restore his 1966 Mustang along with other numerous cars. Even as PCE continues to expand John strives to maintain the family environment that the company was built on.

RYAN STEIDINGER – COO

Ryan SteidingerRyan has been with PCE since it was first envisioned. While his role at PCE is Chief Operating Officer it is not limited to just that – he tends to do whatever he can to help the company grow and thrive. Ryan says, “PCE is my passion and it’s become a big part of my life.” A Huntington Beach native, he remains local to this day, now residing with his wife, Melissa and their cat, Charlotte. His hobbies outside of the office include tending to his large garden and koi pond and working on his house. Ryan has a passion for local history and trains. With over a decade under his belt at PCE and almost two decades in the industry his enthusiasm continues to grow every day.

BRANDON DOMERCQ – VP OPERATIONS

Brandon DomercqBrandon has been working with PCE since the company's infancy. In the early days he assisted on a project-by-project basis with fabrication and video expertise. In 2006 he became a full-time PCE team member spending many years working on the road. In 2010 he was promoted to Vice President of Operations – now managing the warehouse staff and all equipment. Brandon's wide range of technical knowledge and natural knack for problem solving makes his role at PCE most invaluable. His leisure activities include working on classic Chevrolets, going to the shooting range, traveling, and spend time with his best friend and wife, Laura.

JANUEL “BOOMER” LUNA – PRODUCTION MANAGER

Januel Boomer LunaBoomer began working live events in 1999. He first came to PCE in 2006 and continued intermittently over the years earning respect for his professionalism, leadership, and experience with live event production. As PCE Production Manager, Boomer oversees crews of 10 or more techs. His specialty is managing fast-paced, high-stress events and carrying out communication with clients to keep the project under the budget. In 2010 Boomer and his better half, Kelly, welcomed their first child, Giovanni. For enjoyment, Boomer spends time with family. Some of their favorite things to do are play at the park, feed the ducks, or go on Dumbo at Disneyland.

DANIEL BAIRD – PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

Dan Baird - Production CoordinatorWith professional skills in lighting design, audio design, scenic carpentry, CAD/drafting, and Information Technology, Dan’s talents are invaluable to Pacific Coast Entertainment. Before coming to PCE, Dan worked as the Master Electrician and Audio Engineer at Saddleback Civic Light Opera; he spent six years in the Electric Department at South Coast Repertory; and has been involved with productions at the Huntington Beach Playhouse and One More Productions (The Gem Theater). Dan describes himself as someone who likes to make things run as efficiently as possible. When he is away from the office Dan volunteers his production expertise at schools in the Tustin School District. He enjoys cars, cooking, woodworking, craft beers and anything to get his adrenaline pumping – he has been skydiving, bungee jumping, ziplining, and next up he plans on white water rafting.

KARLI KRUEGER – OFFICE MANAGER

Karli KruegerKarli joined PCE’s Boys Club in January of 2010. She was born and raised in Boise, Idaho then shortly after graduating high school moved to Los Angeles where she attended Loyola Marymount University. In 2008 she received her Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Theatre. At PCE, Karli’s duties stretch from Notary Public to brewing office coffee and everything in between. When she’s not at PCE Karli enjoys being active with her dog, Zeppelin, traveling, going to concerts, and watching sports.

TIM HEMRICH – ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Tim HemrichTim joined PCE in 2009, after distinguishing himself with more than 15 years of film and event productions from coast to coast. Tim continues to bring creativity and professionalism to all production departments under his direction. The driving forces in Tim’s life are continuing education, community outreach and a personal involvement and commitment to ‘The Arts’. These pursuits also keep him on a short list with top corporate event and festival producers. Tim continues to reside in Orange County with his wife, Colinne – who in her own right, is a true force for the advancement of art and creativity throughout the world.

GERALD WERNER - OUTSIDE SALES

Gerald WernerGerald is a veteran in the industry with over two decades of experience. His talents are specialized in the lighting world but he is certainly no stranger to video and audio. Having designed shows for clients such as Suzuki, Warner Bros, Disney, Mitsubishi and Cisco, he joins PCE to help grow the client base and expand design services. Gerald has been married to his wife, Tricia, for 10 years and they have two sons, Nathan and Carter. Gerald loves the Anaheim Angels and holds season tickets, but when not enjoying a game at "The Big A" he is coaching his son’s baseball team.

TRAVIS EDEY – PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN

Travis EdeyWith a solid background in lighting and stage tech, Travis works in the PCE warehouse, out in the field, and on shows. Travis’ first foray into stage tech was in high school which continued to Fullerton College. As touring groups came through, people were quick to recognize Travis’ talents and contributions to the team and he frequently received offers to “come work for us.” Over time he made the choice to become independent which led to a string of freelance assignments including one with PCE. The rest, as they say, is history. His passion for show production keeps him exceedingly busy, however, on those increasingly rare occasions when he is not working, he likes to get out of town and go off-roading in the desert with friends and family.

SHAWN “BEAVER” SOUTHARD – WAREHOUSE

Shawn the BeaverIn high school he was the theatre department’s Technical Director all four years before graduating in 2010. Shortly after completing his education at Brethren Christian, Shawn found his way to PCE and began an internship which resulted in an everlasting enthusiasm for live event production. Shawn’s interest and eagerness to learn quickly coined him the nickname “Beaver”. His passion for theatrical lighting has granted him the opportunity to design for clients such as the Huntington Beach Playhouse, VIBE, and Aleeda. When Shawn is not working he enjoys spending the day at Disneyland or simply relaxing at home in Anaheim.

RICH BREEZE – VIDEO DIRECTOR/PRODUCER

Januel "Boomer" LunaA graduate of the Orange Coast College Film and Video Department, Rich has been working in the industry for more than 15 years. He has won awards for producing and directing projects while establishing a strong reputation as a video editor. His favorite pastimes include tasting and collecting wines, beach volleyball, cooking and screenwriting. Rich currently resides in Long Beach with his goldfish, Frank.

JASON SEIFERT – IT TECHNOLOGIES

Jason SeifertFreelancing as one of the PCE “regulars” for nearly a decade, Jason’s talents are extensive. Now working as IT Specialist, Jason stays busy handling all internal technical issues but he has also been known to represent PCE on show sites as Lead Video Engineer. Jason grew up in Orange County and attended Orange County High School of the Arts in their Technical Theatre Program. In his time there he developed an interest in live production and sharpened his skills integrating computers and production equipment. He has over 20 years of experience, though he says, “If this field didn’t work out for me I always wanted to be a Las Vegas showgirl!”
